News Release - Daytime Edition
Barrie Police are looking for suspects in a break and enter after a fixed wheel food truck was broken into over the weekend.
Sometime between 5:30pm on Saturday, March 25th and 5:30am on Monday, March 27th a chip truck located on Hart Drive, in the City of Barrie, was broken into. It appeared the suspect entered and opened the service window to the truck while rummaging through the refrigerator and freezer. The thief also took off with two 500g blocks of cheese, a 5lbs case of bacon and a 5lb bag of meatballs. There is currently no surveillance video at this time, although any businesses in the area that may have information are encouraged to contact investigators.
