The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) arrested Terrence MATHESON on Friday, June 16, 2017, in the City of Toronto. MATHESON turned himself into Toronto Police later Friday afternoon.

The ROPE Squad and Barrie Police would like to thank all social media followers and numerous media outlets for their assistance.


(Toronto) The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of breaching a Long Term Supervision Order.

Terrence MATHESON was serving a four (4) year and six (6) month sentence for Sexual Assault resulting in a five (5) year Long Term Supervision Order

Terrence MATHESON is described as;

  • White male (41 years)
  • 5’5” (165cm), 141 lbs. (64kg)
  • Brown hair, brown eyes
  • Several tattoo's - Right forearm - cross, rose, heart and a star. Left forearm - a star, clouds and a tiger and Chest - the name “T-Bone”

Terrence is known to frequent the City of Barrie and Greater Toronto area.
