Highlights
Records and Information Management Services provides administrative support to front-line members and responds to public inquiries to capture and disseminate vital information. They provide information to Statistics Canada, coordinate Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act requests, facilitate criminal record checks and maintain police records in addition to many other important functions.

Online Reporting
Records and Information Management Services also introduced the option to apply and process payment for Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act requests entirely online. They remain committed to expanding online services, while also maintaining in-person availability when needed.
