This man entered the Shoppers Drug Mart located at 420 Essa Rd. at 3:54 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. He went to cosmetics to ask for a mask as he was not wearing one. He then made his way around the store selecting items and placing them into his cart, before stopping in an aisle to place them in his backpack. In total, he spent almost 25 minutes in the store, and when he left, he did not make any attempt to pay for the items in his backpack. On Thursday, December 9, 2021, at about 3:38 a.m., the pictured individual attended 111 Worsley Street, Barrie, and gained access to the building using an unknown tool to bypass the locks. On Friday, December 17, 2021, at 1:49 p.m., this male entered the Shoppers Drug Mart located at 420 Essa Rd. and peeled the security tags from 8 tubs of baby formula, and placed them in a black bag that he had with him.
