The individual pictured attended the Petro Canada at Cundles Road East and St. Vincent Street on November 27 at approximately 8:00 p.m. They filled the vehicle with almost $100 worth of gas, before driving off without making any attempt to pay. The license plate was clearly visible, but it was determined that it had been reported stolen in Toronto several days earlier.

On December 2nd, the individual pictured was dropped off at the front entrance of the Cabela’s store in Barrie’s south end by an unknown person in a grey pick-up truck. The individual entered the store wearing a jean jacket with cotton sleeves and hood, a white toque with black stripes (red wording on front), blue jeans, green boots, chain hanging from his pants to a wallet.

 

After trying on a black Carhartt jacket, the individual a black toque and a multi-tool. He is pictured a short time later leaving the store still wearing the jacket and having made no attempt to pay for any of the items. Packaging and security tags from the multi-tool and the jacket were discovered in the store after reviewing security footage.
