On Sunday, February 27, 2022, at 4:34 p.m., a female attended a Barrie grocery store and selected multiple products. At 4:45 p.m., she exited the store without paying for the selected items at which time she was approached by store security. The items were in a reusable bag that she had brought into the store.

An attempt to place her under arrest for theft was initiated, but the female fled on foot running across the parking lot.

The female suspect is described as 5’8” tall, average build, 20-25 years of age, shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a black vest, tan Nike sweat-shirt, grey leggings, and tan coloured sandals with black socks.

On Thursday, February 24th, the male pictured forced his way into the secured area of a business located on Dunlop Street East at approximately 4:30 p.m. After being confronted by employees, he threatened them and left on foot heading westbound.

The suspect is described as male, 45-50 years of age, approximately 5’6” tall, 145-155 lbs, wearing a black winter jacket, dark blue jeans, a black hat with camouflage print on the front, black sunglasses, and black shoes.
