The Barrie Police Service is appealing to the public for assistance after a theft was reported at a high school located in the City of Barrie.

On Friday, September 13, 2019, an unknown male entered Barrie North Collegiate where he entered a classroom while the teacher was away and stole a laptop, cellphone and a brown bag with a brown coloured shoulder strap.

The suspect being sought is described as: male, possibly Indigenous or Asian background, medium build, with medium length black hair wearing an orange Rolling Stone t-shirt, black pants and white shoes.
