The Barrie Police Service is pleased to advise that 3-year old Arabella Vienneau has been located in good health in Toronto by the Toronto Police Service.
The Barrie Police wish to thank the public and the media for all their assistance in this complex and challenging invesigation.
Arrangements are now underway to return Arabella to Barrie where our investigation will continue.
