On Tuesday, August 28th, 2018 at approximately 5:50 pm, a light coloured blue van pulled up on the shoulder of the road in front of 6 Epsom Drive, in the City of Barrie. A male suspect was seen my a keen-eyed neighbour exiting the driver's seat and pushing a 4-wheeler ATV that was chained up in the driveway of the residence towards the back of the van. The rear door opened up and a 2nd male in the back of the van lifted the front of the 4-wheeler, rolling it into the back of the van. A third suspect, a female, was seen in the front passenger seat of the van before it peeled away with the ATV on board. The 4-wheeler is described as a 2009 Yamaha MF 4-wheeler with license plate 6FD12 and VIN- JY4AJ37W29C000167.

- Male, white
- 25 to 30-years-old
- Shaved head
- Wearing light camo-coloured shorts and a light coloured t-shirt
Description Suspect #2:
- Male, white
- Approximately 40-years-old
Description Suspect #3:
- Female, white
- Slim build
- Brown hair tied back in a bun
Description of Van:
- Older model Ford Windstar or similar
- Light blue
- Black markings on the front bumper
