News Release
The Barrie Police Traffic Unit is investigating a collision involving a motorcycle in the City of Barrie.
On Friday, September 15, 2018, just before 7:00 a.m., officers responded to a collision at the intersection of Essa Road and Burton Avenue, involving a motorcycle and car.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 52-year-old man from Barrie, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a GTA hospital. The driver of the motor vehicle remained on scene and did not suffer any physical injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
