24-year-old Barrie Woman Charged with Impaired

The Barrie Police Traffic Service is investigating a single vehicle collision that occurred on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, just after 11:00 a.m. on Stunden Lane in the City of Barrie.

The motor vehicle left the roadway and ended up in a nearby stormwater management pond. The driver of the vehicle, a 24-year-old woman from Barrie, was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Dangerous Driving. The driver is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie on October 22, 2018.

The investigation is ongoing.
