On Sunday, October 1, 2023, officers from the Barrie Police Service responded to a report of a mischief that had taken place overnight at a residence located on Black Willow Drive.
From available surveillance video, police were able to determine that at approximately 3:30 a.m., two unknown males attended the address, damaged two cars that were parked in the driveway, spray painted the garage and then poured gasoline onto the driveway between the parked cars. Although an attempt was made to ignite the gasoline prior to leaving, the suspects responsible for these mischiefs were unsuccessful.
